About the event
McCarty Woods Restoration Project, Saturday February 28th, 8:30am-10:00am. We are going to help remove invasive/harmful plants, plant native ones, put down pine straw, and spread bark in order to help maintain the condition of the McCarty Woods. Volunteers need to dress appropriately, bring water/gloves if they have, but if not there will be some provided. Location: NE corner of the McCarty woods by the new picnic table.
